Fjordpack has powerful neodymium magnets built into the back panel that let you snap the bag directly onto any ferromagnetic metal surface - gym lockers, squat racks, cable machines, steel poles, and more. No hooks, no hanging, no dropping your bag on the floor.

Yes. The magnets are rated to hold the bag securely when loaded with typical gym gear. We recommend attaching to flat, clean metal surfaces for the strongest hold.

Modern smartphones and chip-based bank cards are not affected by the magnets in Fjordpack. Older magnetic-stripe cards (like some hotel key cards) may be affected if stored directly against the back magnetic panel.

Fjordpack is made from water-resistant materials that handle light rain and gym humidity with ease. It is not fully submersible, so we recommend keeping it away from prolonged heavy rain or direct water exposure.

The exterior is crafted from heavy-duty 900D polyester with a rubberized coating for durability and water resistance. The interior lining is easy-clean nylon. All seams are double-stitched for long-term wear, even with daily gym use.

Standard shipping takes 5–11 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order enters fulfillment and we are unable to make changes. Please contact us at support@fjordpack.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

First, check your tracking link — most delays resolve within a day or two. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the bag, check with neighbours and your building's mailroom. If it has been more than 3 business days past the estimated date, contact us and we will investigate and reship your order.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not happy with your Fjordpack for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery. The bag must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective.

Yes - every Fjordpack comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, including stitching failures, broken hardware, and magnet issues. Normal wear and tear is not covered. To make a warranty claim, email us a photo of the issue and your order number.

Please email support@fjordpack.com with your order number and 2–3 photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost to you, no return required.

How do I clean my magnetic bag?
Wipe the exterior down with a damp cloth and mild soap. For the interior, spot-clean with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or tumble dry - this can damage the water-resistant coating and the magnetic back panel. Air dry fully before storing or attaching to a surface.
Will the magnets lose strength over time?
Will the magnets lose strength over time?
Neodymium magnets retain over 90% of their strength for decades under normal use. Daily attaching and detaching from metal surfaces will not noticeably weaken them. The magnets are encased in protective housing inside the back panel to prevent damage from drops or impacts.
